Morning: gather what we need
Your store name, full address, phone number, and a Google Maps pin of the shop (right-click the shop on the map and copy the two numbers). Decide who in your team will use the screen, and their email addresses.
We create your store and logins
We set up your store and a login for you and each team member. The owner can change prices and stock. A picker can only see orders and pack them.
Set your delivery rules
Choose how far you deliver, your minimum order, your delivery fee, and whether you give free delivery above some amount. Add the phone number where you want order alerts.
Add your products and prices
Pick items from our catalogue and enter your own prices, or add your own items. Take a photo of each item with your phone to show it to customers. Mark what is out of stock.
Do a test order
Order from your own store using a second phone. Accept it, mark it packing, ready, out for delivery and delivered. This takes five minutes and removes every doubt.
Go live
Tell us you are ready and we switch your store on. Customers near you will see it. Keep the order screen open on the counter and answer within five minutes.
Keep ready
- A smartphone, tablet or laptop with internet at the counter.
- A phone with a camera for product photos.
- A rider (your own) and a Google Pay or PhonePe UPI ID if you accept UPI.
